ANNUAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS INCLUDE A VISIT TO INSTALLATION FOR VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR UNITS.


WE WILL CHECK YOUR FREON LEVELS


WE WILL CLEAN YOUR FILTERS MAKE SURE YOUR INDOOR UNIT IS IN TIP TOP SHAPE.


WE WILL ALSO INSPECT YOUR OUTDOOR UNIT. WE’LL EVEN WAX THE PAINTED OUTDOOR CABINET, TO REDUCE OXIDATION AND CHALKING OF THE PAINT.


ALSO INCLUDED IS FREE LABOR FOR THAT YEAR. IF YOUR SYSTEM DOES NEED TO BE REPAIRED THE LABOR IS FREE. THAT’S PEACE OF MIND.
